freight transport means the transport of goods or goods of any kind by means of transport such as trucks, cars, railways, ships or airplanes. A distinction is made between short and long distance transport. Short distance transport means the transport of goods in which the sender and recipient are locally close to allow the return of the truck to the point of departure within the same day. In long-distance transport, on the other hand, goods are transported over longer distances.
