Usually usable in maritime transport, the FAS return obliges the seller to deliver the goods on the quay of the port or possibly on other floating means in the established port of shipment. From that moment on, all costs and risks of loss or damage to the goods must be borne by the buyer.The customs clearance of the exported goods must be carried out by the seller.
