Contractual logistics means a contractual model, between a production or trading company and a supplier of logistics services, based on a long-term collaboration, during which a considerable volume of business is developed, which is, in turn, pre-established by the two parties through a contract. In this way, the logistics service provider is responsible for every operation during the course of the logistics process and therefore represents the link between all participants.
