The exporter is the person responsible for the customs export operations and in the buying and selling operations involving two economic operators, corresponds to the figure of the transferor, that is the seller of the goods. In triangular transactions, where there is a first transferor, a second transferee and a third recipient of the goods, it is usual to indicate the transferee, Italian or Community, as the exporter.
